12 months Preventive Maintenance include the followings : - Operation Task Check Booster for oxygen air leaking form vent, external leaks and overall performance, - Check tie rod bolts and air pilot switch locknuts for loosening. - Pressure test piping at full system pressure and rectify all leaks. - Inspect and clean / replace oxygen and air filter. - Carry out chemical cleaning for oxygen service - Conduct function test and rectify all defects - Inspect and re-lubricate air cycling valve "O" Ring, replace if necessary (Option) - Testing of Pressure gauge - Replace when necessary and a separate quote has to be submitted. - Test Relief Valve (At 5% above the maximum system pressure for correct function, - Replace when necessary and separate quote has to be submitted - Calibrate gauges against master gauge - Standard Report to be submitted |
